Shredder doesn’t know yet that he failed to kill Hamato Yoshi, so he and Krang are still unaware of him and the turtles. Splinter, however, knows Oroku Saki is still out there. He fears what Saki would do if he found them out.

My favorite thing about this scene is not even the fact that Sanji somehow ended up sleeping on Zoro's hand but that Zoro has carefully placed his swords on the couch and decided to lay on the floor himself
